About the event

We look forward to welcoming WHA members and friends to our Oxford reception on Thursday 14th May, from 6:00–8:00pm. This will be a great opportunity to meet others in and around the Oxford area.

The reception will be held at St Hugh’s College. Please go to the main entrance on St Margaret’s Road, Oxford OX2 6LE, where you will be directed from the Porters’ Lodge.

The cost per person is £18, which includes light refreshments, wine, or soft drinks.

For those who wish, we will go on to a local restaurant afterwards (at your own cost).

The following morning, at 10:00am on Friday 15th May, the WHA President, Robert Vilain, has kindly offered to lead a tour of Christ Church. Please meet at the Christ Church Porters’ Lodge on St Aldgate’s for a prompt 10:00am start. There is no charge for this, and we are very grateful to Robert for making this possible.

When booking for the Thursday reception, please also indicate if you would like to join the dinner afterwards and attend the Friday morning tour.
